Karyn King is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor with 15 years of experience. She is also YogaFit Certified and a W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer. She teaches and trains her clients with kindness and care, focusing on their safety, and their goals. Karyn is a strong believer that exercise strengthens the body and mind giving us the ability to participate in activities that bring us joy and enrich our lives .

Whether a Client wants to train to improve his golf game, get in shape for her reunion party, or improve their health, Karyn will focus on each of their abilities, work with their limitations, and get them where they want to be.
Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes are held every weekday, in a friendly atmosphere, where something is different every day! Modifications and working at your own pace are constantly reinforced, so that anyone from a new mom to a grand-mom can get a great workout!
Kids to Seniors
Karyn has also had the pleasure of teaching Senior Citizen Yoga at the Cranford Community Center for the past ten years. Seeing how yoga has enhanced their movement and lifted their mood has been a great joy in her fitness career. These seniors are an inspiration to stay active and keep doing what you love to do!
Children are so delightful, and teaching yoga to them is an eye-opening experience . Relating the poses to nature, and letting their imaginations run wild, and then hearing them ask for the chimes (quiet time) is truly remarkable! Karyn has also coached children as young as 3 yrs old, in some basic body conditioning and healthy lifestyle habits through fun activities. Seeing how excited they are when they complete a task is heartwarming.
